There are no file type limitations. You can upload any type of file. If you are uploading files for backup purposes, we recommend archiving your files before uploading. This will increase the speed of your upload, and increase the download speed in the future.
Yes. You can share your files with other users, as well as those that do not have a Prism Drive account.
No. You can log into Prism Drive on all of your devices at the same time, you are only limited by the amount of storage that you purchase.
Yes, you can preview most common filetypes in your drive, either in the browser or the app. However, it is impossible to support all filetypes, you may find some files that cannot be previewed.
Yes. Deleted files will be moved to your trash. You can recover files from the trash for 30 days.
No. We do not offer FTP or SFTP support. File access is limited to the web browser or app.
Yes. We offer a robust search feature. You can search by keyword, description, file type, file owner, creation date, file location, etc.
